Portfolio Analyst, Global Infrastructure Private Equity Fund

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with the Asset/Portfolio Development team of a leading infrastructure fund based in London. The fund manages a diverse range of assets across sectors such as transport, ports, energy, and roads.

They are seeking to add an Analyst to their Asset Management team, which focuses on managing and developing assets post-acquisition.

This role will involve:

• Managing portfolio investments after acquisition
• Financial analysis and modelling of portfolio company performance and growth opportunities (including acquisitions and organic growth)
• Supporting refinancing processes of portfolio companies
• Assisting with investor reporting
• Developing fund performance models
• Being an active member of the portfolio management team

The ideal candidates will have a background in:

• Strategy or commercial development within infrastructure companies
• ACA qualification with leading accounting firms, particularly in lead advisory, transaction services, or financial modelling
• Investment banking experience aiming to transition into a more commercial role

This role offers a great opportunity to move into a highly commercial position within a fund, providing extensive exposure to the development of business assets.
