- Develop and implement CMS features and custom components, ensuring high performance, security, and usability.
- Ensure website performance, accessibility, and uptime, including optimizing Core Web Vitals, reducing time-to-first-byte (TTFB), and maintaining 99% uptime for key pages.
- Enhance user experience by implementing responsive, interactive, and visually compelling UI components that improve engagement and conversion rates.

- Design and execute A / B tests and multivariate experiments to support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, working closely with the Demand Generation team.
- Build and maintain integrations with APIs (e.g., CRM, SFDC, analytics platforms, lead capture forms) to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
- Perform code reviews and enforce best practices, mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on development standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and improving website reliability.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of digital projects that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance ROLLER’s web development capabilities and demand generation effectiveness.
About You
- 5+ years of professional web development experience, with a strong track record in building and maintaining high-performing websites that drive business growth.
- Proven experience leading a website migration from one CMS to another, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal impact on SEO, performance, and user experience.
- Experience working with a variety of CMS platforms, such as Hubspot, WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, Drupal, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, website performance optimization, and web analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Core Web Vitals) and how they impact demand generation.
- Experience optimizing and scaling web infrastructure, including caching strategies, CDN management, and page load performance.
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD workflows.
