Candidate requirements:

• Strong understanding of Secondary Education
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Confidence supporting KS3 and KS4 curricula
• Experience supporting children across all curriculum areas
• Team player with initiative, good humor, and excellent communication skills
• Experience working with children with additional needs, including Autism and speech and language difficulties, in small groups or 1:1 settings
• Positive attitude and flexibility
