A recruitment agency is offering a rare opportunity for a recent graduate in accountancy to join a professional team. You will be responsible for managing the sales ledger, raising invoices, monitoring client accounts, and handling payment queries. This role offers plenty of responsibility and an opportunity for career progression in a supportive environment.
Qualificações
- Recent graduate in accountancy or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsabilidades
- Assisting with managing the sales ledger function and minimising the risk of bad debt.
- Raising sales invoices and inputting payments received onto the accounts system.
- Monitoring client accounts and ensuring that payment terms and conditions of business are met.
- Dealing with any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are promptly resolved.
- Allocating payments received to clients account and preparing daily banking reports for the Accountant.
- Reducing bad debt by identifying overdue accounts and chasing payments via telephone and email.
