The role involves liaising with residents and contractors, monitoring rent accounts, and providing housing management services. THE ROLE: Brief outline of the role for applicants. We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Assistant. The purpose of this role is to work within a supportive team covering the day-to-day administration requirements as well as assisting with the transactional processes within the organisation. This is a varied and challenging role which requires a significant amount of contact with members of the public and partnering agencies. As part of our small team, you will help to provide a wide range of housing management services. You will monitor and manage rent accounts and liaise with residents as well as contractors and other service providers, to process orders and coordinate payments.
