A global logistics company is seeking an Air Freight Manager to oversee operations and drive growth for the air freight product. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, managing carrier relationships, and supporting sales efforts. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in logistics or related fields, at least 5 years of air freight experience, and strong leadership skills. JAS is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.
The Air Freight Manager will be responsible for Airfreight operations and negotiations of airfreight export with carriers and growth in volume of Import and Export traffics at the national level. The AFM will support to Sales department and Operational department with the selling of the Export Air Freight and with the reiterated or critical problems in the operation of the product (Import and Export)

We are now looking for an Air Freight Manager to lead, develop, and grow our Air Freight product at country level within the Nordic & Baltic region. This is a key leadership role with strong commercial impact, combining operations excellence, carrier management, business development, and people leadership.

As Air Freight Manager, you are fully accountable for the Air Freight product in the Region (Nordic and Baltic). You will ensure strong operational performance, profitable growth, and close collaboration with Sales, Operations, Partners, and Carriers.
You act as the air freight expert, business driver, and people leader – translating strategy into execution and results.

You are a commercially minded air freight professional with strong leadership skills and a hands-on mindset. You enjoy balancing strategy with operational detail and are energized by working across functions.
