TypeScript Engineer (NextJs, React) - London/Hybrid

Our client's simple beginnings can be traced back to the 1950s. Today they employ over 1 million people in 10,000 retail outlets across 20 countries. With revenues approaching £200 billion, they are one of the most admired retailers in the world. They are about to embark upon the design and development of a brand new ecommerce system that is set to take the industry by storm.

We are seeking 2 contract TypeScript Engineers with strong NextJs and React to join their highly respected web development team. TypeScript Developer applicants must have exceptional NextJs, React, and JavaScript skills, along with detailed knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases. Additional skills in React Hooks, REST, GraphQL, SCSS, CSS, TDD, Unit Testing, Docker, GIT, and Agile are also required. All applicants must have previous experience of working independently to meet deadlines, reviewing code, and promoting clean coding principles and design patterns, as well as excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical aspects.
