We have a great opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join a growing eCommerce team in Devon! This role is within a fast-growing, global business that’s all about bringing fun and excitement to people’s lives through our wide range of leisure products.

With years of experience importing and distributing products from around the world, especially from vibrant markets in Asia, this company has become expert in creating top-quality, affordable products across sports, toys, outdoor play, and more. The dedicated in-house design team is constantly coming up with fresh, innovative ideas to keep our products exciting and on-trend.

We work with independent retailers, wholesalers, large chains, and international distributors, spreading the joy of leisure to all corners of the globe.

In this role, you’ll focus on driving sales through effective stock and pricing management within the B2C eCommerce department. Your tasks will include demand planning, pricing, collaborating with the buying team, and helping grow the brand’s online presence. You’ll work closely with the Head of eCommerce to ensure B2C growth while analysing data, presenting insights, and managing stock forecasting.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage pricing strategies to increase sales and maximise profits.
  2. Forecast stock levels and adjust to meet demand.
  3. Work with the eCommerce and buying teams to keep product ranges competitive.
  4. Conduct regular pricing audits and track seasonal trends.
  5. Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to drive success.
  6. Analyse data, provide insights and contribute to decision-making.
Your Skills & Experience:
  1. Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
  2. A strong commercial mindset with the ability to extract insights from data.
  3. Passionate about eCommerce with a proactive approach.
  4. Some experience in a business environment, ideally with consumer products.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; CMS experience is a plus.
  6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  7. Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
