Job summary
A leading energy company is looking for a Transition Lead to drive the migration of finance processes into a hybrid shared services model. This role involves overseeing transition activities, ensuring business continuity, and enhancing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, strong project management skills, and proficiency in finance technologies. This position requires commuting to the Windsor office three times a week, focusing on compliance and stakeholder alignment.
