Robert Half is recruiting for a Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence.

Role: Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence

Length: 6 Months

Location: Remote - UK based

Pay: Depending on experience

• Lead a large project to establish and manage a global team focused on quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to plan the operations, needs, and goals of the Centre of Excellence.
• Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with departments such as Quality, Regulatory, IT, and HR to ensure support and alignment.
• Standardize and enhance quality systems and processes worldwide, including digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Develop training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote adoption of new practices and uphold high quality standards.
• Monitor progress, evaluate success, and report to senior management.

• Experienced project manager (10+ years), preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficient in managing complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable about pharmaceutical quality regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, with effective budget and risk management abilities.
