A leading environmental consultancy in the UK is seeking a professional to manage and coordinate landscape and ecology works. The role includes planning operations, liaising with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a full-time position with no remote work options, requiring legal work eligibility in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or coordinating.
• Experience in landscape ecology or environmental works preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning software.
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake internal training.

Responsabilités

• Programme and plan L&E works in alignment with seasonal priorities.
• Create and distribute briefing packs for on-site teams.
• Monitor and close out ecology-related defects in a timely manner.
• Assist with ordering materials and services for L&E operations.
• Support the daily running of the L&E team.
• Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and update planning sheets.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Provide updates and feedback to the Landscape & Ecology Manager.
