Your Role:

• Lead and manage the clinical care within Ward 24, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff
• Step into the shoes of the Ward Manager when needed, taking responsibility for smooth operations
• Serve as a role model for junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to local and trust policies, setting the standard for high-quality care

• Significant year's experience gained after registration
• Good Working Knowledge of Discharge Pathways

• Experience of Leading a Team
• Clinical Management Experience
• Experience in answering Datix and/complaints

• Nursing degree or equivalent
• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
