Social Allies is seeking a creative, organised, and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, build and maintain strong relationships, and deliver impactful social media and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
- Understand client goals, develop marketing strategies, and deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent, clear communication.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights to optimise future activity.
- Create engaging content (copy, visuals, videos, photography) aligned with brand tone and goals.
- Manage and schedule content calendars across platforms.
- Design graphics using tools such as Canva or Photoshop and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
- Take charge of media day shoots, including directing clients, coordinating the team, and capturing behind-the-scenes content.
- Oversee daily social media posting, engagement, and trend monitoring.
- Respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions to nurture communities.
- Stay updated with evolving marketing trends and platform updates.
- Conduct competitor and audience research to identify opportunities.
- Support with website updates, blogs, and newsletters.
- Analyse performance metrics to inform strategy and reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver creative, strategic solutions.
- Support junior staff, apprentices, or interns.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, organised, and creative office environment.
- 2+ years managing social media accounts or marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics.
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with video editing (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Client-facing experience, managing and liaising directly with clients.
