- Managing and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional care and meet financial and operational goals.
- Acting as Responsible Individual for services when required ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
- Building strong relationships with external stakeholders including Ofsted social workers and local authorities.
- Championing our values and embedding our vision and purpose into every aspect of service delivery.
- A strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to leadership and service development.

- Experience in children’s residential care and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- A collaborative mindset working closely with clinical education and outdoor teams to ensure holistic care.

- Salary: £65,000 per annum plus a £5,000 car allowance.
- Annual leave: 35 days with additional days awarded at 2 and 5 years of continuous service.
- Flexibility: 40-hour workweek (Monday to Friday 9am‑5pm) with occasional flexibility required.
