Currie & Brown is currently looking for a Project Manager to work on an exciting portfolio of projects across the North East.

You will join a team that values ownership and client relationships, enabling us to understand their needs and tailor our advice and delivery accordingly.

Your core duties will involve:

• Supporting the project lead in managing design and construction phases of multi-site projects
• Liaising with stakeholders including property services, designers, contractors, FM, and security consultants
• Leading coordination of customer fit-out designs in accordance with client guidelines
• Delivering projects, commissions, and professional assignments
• Setting objectives and priorities proactively as a team player
• Ensuring effective communication and financial control across projects
• Assisting with commercial management services
• Delivering work outputs accurately and on time
• Supporting cost management of projects
• Representing the company professionally, building strong client relationships

What skills and attributes are we looking for:

• Experience in technical delivery within the construction industry
• Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills
• Organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, and commercially aware
• A team player with a positive attitude, personable, respectful, and adaptable
• BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying, or equivalent
• Experience in the education sector or fit-out projects is advantageous
• Risk management qualifications or experience
