A leading global education organization in Kingswood is looking for a professional to manage governance delivery and support the Board of Directors. This role includes planning Governance calendars, ensuring deadlines, and providing high-quality advisory and secretariat support. Essential skills include a strong understanding of HE governance, excellent written and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be willing to travel to UK and European campuses.
Competenze
- Excellent understanding of HE governance, including academic and corporate governance.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills.
Mansioni
- Manage delivery of corporate governance across the organization.
- Lead planning of the Governance calendar and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Provide high quality secretariat support and advice to senior boards and committees.
