Job summary

A leading water solutions company based in Eccles is looking for a Training Administrator to support the Training Department in maintaining compliance and accurate training records. Responsibilities include liaising with training suppliers, generating reports, and ensuring audit compliance. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess strong attention to detail. This position offers 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, opportunities for progression, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

  • Health and Safety awareness certification – desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in training administration – desirable but not essential.
  • Proven track record in maintaining training records – desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate training records.
  • Liaise with training suppliers.
  • Generate training reports.
  • Ensure audit compliance.
  • Compile certificates.
  • Accessing and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Ordering and booking training.

Skills
