A respected provider in adult care is seeking a Clinical Manager/Nurse to lead a supported living service in Lancing. This role emphasizes clinical governance, operational leadership, and team development. Candidates should possess an NMC registration and relevant management experience in complex care. Location: Lancing, BN15, West Sussex, UK
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE + Annual Bonus
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours, Monday–Friday, plus on‑call rota)
