A leading consultancy is seeking an interim Senior HRBP for a major FMCG client. This full-time role based in Blackfriars involves leading strategic HR initiatives and partnering with senior leaders to drive marketing transformation. You'll implement talent frameworks and support talent strategies targeting Gen-Z. The position offers a mix of onsite and remote work, competitive remuneration up to £90,000 pa and a vibrant working environment near key transport links.
Manpower is currently seeking an interim Senior HRBP to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple. This is a full‑time, 6‑month temporary role based at Blackfriars on London's Victoria Embankment, just a short walk from Blackfriars tube. The role requires 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and offers competitive compensation up to £90,000 pa, pro rota, depending on experience.
Because the role is business‑critical, we do not accept applications from candidates with more than four weeks’ notice period. The position currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
