You’ll be on the frontline – connecting with customers, breaking down stigmas around debt, and guiding them toward solutions that work for everyone. With 150 of our 250-strong team in Contact Centre Collections, this is where we live and breathe customer care.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, expertly navigating conversations to collect overdue payments
  • Build rapport and empathy quickly, tailoring payment plans to individual circumstances
  • Use top-tier communication and negotiation skills to reach fair, respectful resolutions
  • Aim for “first call resolution” on every interaction, balancing speed with quality
  • Escalate complex queries and disputes to the right team when needed

  • A competitive salary of £25,225 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus.

    • Week A: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30

    • One Saturday in four: 09:00–13:00
