We’re looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, preparing fresh seasonal dishes in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about quality food, teamwork and developing your skills in an organised and well-run kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!

What Youll Be Doing
  • Preparing high-quality dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients to create our signature cafe menu.
  • Maintaining kitchen organisation, ensuring a clean, efficient and well-stocked work environment.
  • Working as part of a team, supporting the Head Chef and colleagues during service.
  • Managing food prep & cooking, ensuring consistency, speed and presentation standards.
  • Following food safety & hygiene standards, keeping a safe and compliant kitchen at all times.
  • Assisting with stock control, supporting stock checks, ordering and waste reduction.
What Were Looking For
  • A skilled & passionate chef with experience as a CDP, Commis Chef or similar kitchen role.
  • A hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
