A highly successful and well-established e-commerce business selling sports, fitness, healthcare safety and pet products is looking for an office‑based Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Clapham, London.
The role is office based in Clapham, Central London.
Along with a salary of up to £27,007.50 per annum, you will also receive 28 days of holiday including bank holidays (rising by a further holiday for each year of service up to 33 days of holiday), regular staff socials funded by the business, weekly McDonald’s breakfasts, free tea and coffee, Friday beers, soft drinks and chocolate, and a staff discount on products!

You must be good on the phone and have excellent writing skills; your spelling, punctuation and grammar must be of a high standard to ensure the emails you send to customers are accurate and professional.
This is an office-based role. Our offices are located between Stockwell and Clapham North Underground Stations on the Victoria and Northern Lines. We are an 8‑minute walk from both stations. It’s a great location for public transport and a fast commute.
The working hours of this role are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm (37.5 paid working hours per week). In return you will receive a salary of £27,007.50 per annum (£13.85 per hour).
