One of the world’s fastest-growing firms is expanding its Northern presence and currently seeking an experienced Senior Building Control Surveyor to fulfill the new Building Regulation Principal Designer function as part of their wider team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing building plans to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and design standards.
• Conducting assessments, plan checks, and site inspections.
• Advising clients and design teams on compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supporting team members and contributing to the overall success of the Building Control division.
• Assisting with business development and helping grow long-term client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Building Control role.
• Class 2F Registration (or working toward completion).
• Membership with CABE, CIOB, or RICS.
• Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act and construction legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
