What we’re looking for in a Supervisor:
You're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality or retail setting.
You know how to motivate a team and keep energy high, even during the busiest shifts.
You're results-focused, confident in running shifts, and ready to own daily operations.
Ideally, you've worked nights or in similar 24/7 environments.
You must be 18+ due to shift patterns, and be able to provide 5 years of references and pass a Criminal Record Check.
