A leading financial services firm in London seeks a Relationship Manager - Digital to develop banking relationships and provide solutions for Digital/FinTech clients. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and collaborating with various teams to drive revenue growth. CitiCommercialBank (CCB) is a fast growth business with a vision to significantly scale up over the next five years and beyond. Coverage of companies in the Digital/FinTech space is a core part of this strategy. The primary responsibilities for the Relationship Manager - Digital will be to develop new banking relationships and to provide solutions for existing Digital/FinTech CCB clients. The role involves day-to-day cooperation with Citi colleagues in various countries, including working with the credit underwriting team, subsidiary relationship managers, product and implementation teams. Responsibilities also include active engagement in projects related to additional products and functionalities offered by the CCB team across the region for Digital/FinTech companies.
The key outline of this London-based role is to help develop new relationships and to nurture the growth of revenues from CCB clients in the Digital/FinTech space who are headquartered in the UK. The role includes identifying new revenue streams and flows, supporting and owning RFPs, and deepening wallet penetration for revenue realization. Through these activities, you’ll achieve an annual growth rate in revenue for the CCB business while overseeing your clients’ sales performance.
