The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Southern Italian culinary traditions, using fresh ingredients and classic cooking techniques to deliver exceptional flavours and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Neapolitan dishes, including fresh seafood, meats, and handmade pasta.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard, maintaining authenticity, taste, and presentation.
• Develop and contribute to menu creation with seasonal ingredients and regional Italian influences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
