A French restaurant chain in Chichester is looking for team players to join the kitchen team. This role involves prepping and organizing to ensure smooth operations during peak times. Bringing a positive attitude and reliability is essential. The restaurant offers competitive pay rates, meals during shifts, and early pay access through a partnership. Full-time and part-time hours are available.

- Prep, stock, and organize to support team efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Support kitchen team and flex roles as needed.

- Prep, stock, and organize to keep our team running efficiently

- Support the kitchen team as needed
- Flex between roles to meet business needs, especially during peak times
- Communicate clearly with both BOH and FOH teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Prior BOH experience is a plus but not required — we train great people!
