• Prep, stock, and organize to keep our team running efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace at all times
• Support the kitchen team as needed
• Flex between roles to meet business needs, especially during peak times
• Communicate clearly with both BOH and FOH teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Prior BOH experience is a plus but not required — we train great people!
