A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for an Associate Director of Clinical Data Strategy and Operations in Worcester, UK. This leader will oversee data operations, ensuring high-quality data across clinical trials. Responsibilities include developing strategies, leading teams, and collaborating with service providers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in program strategy and data management, preferably in the solid tumor or hematology area. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance three days a week.

The Associate Director, Clinical Data Strategy and Operations, is a leader accountable for ensuring optimized data operations and delivery of high-quality data for AbbVie’s entire clinical trial portfolio. To this end, the Associate Director drives therapeutic- and program-level strategy and coordination of data operations technology, and processes to fulfill execution expectations. The Associate Director is a highly empowered leader, a decision-maker, and influencer – cross-functionally - across the assigned TAs/programs.
Responsibilities:
This position is hybrid out of any of our US locations. In office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Remote days are Mondays and Fridays.
