Job summary

A leading financial services firm in the UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Proposition Change Lead. The role involves designing and delivering change strategies to enhance talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build stakeholder relationships. This position supports a hybrid work environment and offers a competitive salary range of £59,850 - £66,500, alongside generous benefits including a pension contribution and annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in change management and communications within HR or Talent Acquisition environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Lead the design and delivery of change and communication strategies.
  • Develop and execute change management plans for TA initiatives.
  • Create and deliver clear, engaging communications about TA transformation.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and act as a trusted advisor.
