Your role as Care Assistant involves delivering high standards of personal care and contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity, and respect.
• Recognizing and understanding clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and signs of infection, and escalating concerns promptly.
• Respectfully interacting with residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality.
• Practicing safe work systems across all tasks.

To succeed, you should embody our values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability. No experience is required as we provide thorough induction and training. The ideal candidate will:

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and colleagues.
• Work efficiently, following instructions from team members.
