This client is a well-established and growing construction recruitment agency in Birmingham. They are now looking for a consultant to work closely with the Team Leader and develop a white collar construction desk across the permanent sector.

The Birmingham office is well established, giving you access to national contracts, PSLs, and existing supply relationships with smaller subcontracting firms. 50% of all new business wins are incoming calls from referrals due to their excellent reputation for delivery and service.

The company has a great reputation for supporting and nurturing consultants and boasts exceptional tenure in the business.

This role is a 360 billing position and is open to recruitment consultants from other sectors interested in moving into construction.

You can expect to receive excellent support and training initially and on an ongoing basis.
