Global technology consultancy BBGC is seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst with expertise in CTRM within the LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) sector to join our team.

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst specializing in CTRM, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your main responsibilities include understanding commodity trading operations in LNG, leveraging CTRM systems to optimize processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to trading, risk management, and financial reporting.
2. Assess existing CTRM systems and processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
3. Design and implement CTRM solutions to improve trading strategies, risk mitigation, and efficiency.
4. Provide user training and ongoing support for CTRM tools.
5. Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, configurations, and manuals.
6. Work with IT and vendors to customize, integrate, and troubleshoot CTRM systems.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in commodity trading and risk management.
8. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
9. Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders on CTRM systems.
10. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize trading operations and profitability.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience in digital product delivery within LNG or commodities industries.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with human-centered design and design thinking is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Customer-focused with a clear vision towards end goals and satisfaction.
