A leading finance firm in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead their finance team. The successful candidate will manage financial accounts, formulate strategic business plans, and ensure accurate financial reporting. A professional qualification like ACA, CIMA, or ACCA is essential, along with strong analytical skills and leadership abilities. This is a hybrid position offering a salary of £60,000 to £65,000.

Finance Manager - Basingstoke (hybrid) - £60,000 to £65,000
We're working with a dynamic and growing business looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of an experienced Finance Manager, reporting into the Financial Controller.
- Line manager of financial accounts or management accounts teams
- Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
- Ensuring company's financial reports are accurate and timely
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
- Taking in active approach in the automation of financial processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislation
- Engaging with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA
- Proficient understanding of finance management principles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Experience in strategic planning and risk management
- Experience, knowledge of or a keen interest in automation policies/ideas
- Strong knowledge of financial software and Excel
