Head of Production & Operations - Live Events / Bespoke Events

Kent | Permanent | £90,000 – £100,000

Lead Production for World-Class Events

An exceptional opportunity has opened for a senior-level production professional to take the reins of a highly respected creative agency, renowned for delivering premium, high-end events.

About the Company

This leading events agency specialises in designing and delivering extraordinary experiences for a prestigious client base that includes ultra-high-net-worth individuals and top-tier luxury brands.

With internal expertise spanning creative design, content development, production management, and technical execution, they bring imagination and precision together to create unique and unforgettable events. Their close-knit, dynamic team shares a passion for excellence and innovation—making this an exciting time to join and make a meaningful impact.

The Role

As Head of Production & Operations, you’ll be responsible for directing both technical and scenic production teams to ensure flawless execution across a wide variety of events.

This senior role involves hands-on leadership across production operations, from planning and resource management to delivery and post-event evaluation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing output across both technical and scenic production functions
  • Streamlining operations to ensure efficiency and high production standards
  • Working collaboratively with creative, account, and project teams
  • Overseeing all health & safety processes across projects and production environments
  • Managing the warehouse team, processes, and infrastructure
  • Identifying opportunities for investment in production technologies and equipment
  • Supporting skills development and identifying resourcing needs across departments
  • Leading on financial management including cost tracking, budgeting, and P&L performance

About You

We’re looking for an experienced production leader with a background in large-scale, complex event delivery—ideally from a production agency or AV/events supplier.

You’ll have hands-on technical and/or scenic production expertise, coupled with the leadership and commercial acumen needed to manage teams, drive operational improvement, and maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction. You will also require good experience and understanding of historic venues across London.
