Company Overview:

This busy department supports exhibitors for large trade shows with their requirements for the show. From power to flooring, furniture, electric, and print/graphics as well as design and build for stands, they are a turnkey solution ensuring each exhibitor receives a full range of services. Due to rapid expansion, we are now supporting the hire of an Assistant Account Manager to join the team.

The Role:

This is a customer-focused role where you will follow up with clients after the sale has been contracted and ensure a smooth service through to the exhibition day. Managing the account, you will answer queries, ensure services are booked, and confirm client satisfaction. You will also attend shows on-site to verify orders and ensure clients have everything they need. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have experience in exhibitions or trade shows, with knowledge of additional services required for shows. Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face at events, are essential for building rapport with clients. Strong administrative skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment are also necessary. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, collaborative team working on a variety of projects and brands.
