A leading recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Strategic Assets to oversee the valuable processes and policies within the Valuations and Strategic Assets team. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in landlord and tenant laws and property contracts, along with having a chartered surveyor (MRICS) qualification. Educación
The Head of Strategic Assets is a key role within Valuations and Strategic assets team responsible for processes, policy and systems as well as leading on complex landlord and tenant contractual cases. As such the role requires an individual who can demonstrate significant Landlord and Tenant and property contract expertise and must be a chartered survey and current MRICS.
