Job description
  • Required 6-10 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial controlling roles within structured organizations.
  • Preference for candidates coming from consulting firms, corporate environments, financial services, asset management, private equity, banks or international contexts.
  • Direct experience in end-to-end accounting processes and financial statement preparation is essential.
  • Strong expertise in financial statements, general accounting, treasury, operational taxation, reporting and controls.
  • Excellent command of Excel at an advanced level.
  • High level of operational autonomy, with the ability to manage finance processes without constant supervision.
  • Accuracy, method and strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret numbers and processes. Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and integrity.
  • Ability to structure procedures, improve processes and identify inefficiencies. Flexibility and willingness to work in international environments.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and managing complexity.
  • Preferred experience in lean and dynamic environments, with high exposure and a wide range of responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage diverse accounting, administrative, treasury and reporting activities.
