Job summary

ICC Wales in Wales is seeking a Casual Conference Porter to support setup, move equipment and guest services at a world-class events venue. This role offers zero-hours shifts that fit around other commitments and the chance to gain valuable experience across international conferences, galas and exhibitions.

You will work with the Conference & Events team to position equipment, ensure safety, and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with room layouts and event preparations for prestigious functions.
• Support clients and guests with movement and positioning of equipment.
• Operate and care for conference equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with Conference & Events team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, maintaining a positive environment.
