Job summary

ICC Wales in Wales is seeking a Casual Conference Porter to support setup, move equipment and guest services at a world-class events venue. This role offers zero-hours shifts that fit around other commitments and the chance to gain valuable experience across international conferences, galas and exhibitions.

You will work with the Conference & Events team to position equipment, ensure safety, and deliver excellent guest experiences.

• Assisting with room layouts and event preparations for a variety of prestigious functions.
• Supporting clients and guests with the movement and positioning of equipment as required.
• Operating and caring for conference equipment, ensuring it is clean, safe and ready for use.
• Working collaboratively with the Conference & Events team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and responsibly, maintaining a positive environment for guests and colleagues alike.
