Job summary

Wilson Vale is recruiting a Kitchen Porter for a Cambridge venue on a casual/zero-hour contract. The role covers cafe lunch and dinner service, private dinners, formal events, buffets and conferences, supporting the smooth running of the kitchen.

Responsibilities include washing up, cleaning equipment, maintaining hygiene, assisting chefs, handling deliveries and waste, and helping with event setup and clear-down. Equal opportunities employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar kitchen porter role.
• High standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Able to keep areas clean and tidy.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
