The Celtic Collection is hiring casual Food & Bar Associates for ICC Wales during the festive season. Join a busy events venue and help deliver food and beverage service at Christmas parties, conferences and celebrations.

You'll enjoy flexible shifts, full training and a sociable team as you gain hospitality experience and opportunities across The Celtic Collection while earning extra income this Christmas.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.
• Previous experience in hospitality or events is desirable but not essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced events environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and during the Christmas period.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to guests attending Christmas parties, conferences and special events.
• Setting up and preparing event spaces and service areas before events.
• Taking food and beverage orders and assisting guests with menu selections.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout service.
• Clearing and resetting tables efficiently during and after events.
• Assisting with bar service and the responsible serving of alcoholic beverages.
• Supporting colleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully.
• Responding to guest requests and queries in a courteous and professional manner.

From dazzling Christmas party nights and gala dinners to conferences, entertainment events and celebrations, ICC Wales comes alive during the Christmas period. What You'll Be Doing

• Serving food and beverages in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Delivering outstanding customer service to guests attending Christmas parties, conferences and special events
