As part of our winter operations team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping roads safe during cold weather by carrying out gritting and snow clearance activities. You will be required to participate in a standby rota, with availability every other week as a minimum throughout the winter season. Winter maintenance operates unsociable hours, for example early hours and nights.
