Job summary

  • Act as a mentor and role model for young people with SEMH needs.
  • Encourage engagement, resilience and emotional regulation.
  • Work closely with pastoral staff, behaviour teams and senior leaders.
  • Support transitions back into mainstream classrooms or routines.
