Engage Education is seeking a Youth Mentor for a Secondary School in Oldham. The role focuses on guiding students with diverse needs aged 11-17, including those with Autism, Learning Difficulties, or SEMH. You will work beyond the classroom, providing individualized support and collaborating with teachers and families.
The position requires empathy, patience, and strong communication. DBS enhanced clearance is mandatory, and the role is site-based with a supportive team network.

Salary: £95-£115 PAYE
