Job summary

Wiltshire Council's Young People Service is looking for two Youth Work Development Leads to help shape and strengthen youth work opportunities across Wiltshire.

You'll deliver accredited Youth Work qualifications at Levels 1 and 2, support staff and volunteers to develop skills and knowledge, and work with VCSE organisations, schools and local partners to recruit volunteers, strengthen partnerships and champion youth participation and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in youth work, education, community development, training or related field.
• Strong communication and partnership-building skills; safeguarding understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accredited Youth Work qualifications at Levels 1 and 2.
• Support staff and volunteers to develop skills, confidence and knowledge.
• Work with VCSE organisations, schools and partners to recruit volunteers and strengthen relationships.
• Champion participation, inclusion and youth voice across the county.
