Job summary

With You in Burnley is hiring a Young Persons Worker on a fixed-term basis to support young people facing substance misuse. You will assess needs, build care plans, deliver treatments and refer to specialists as needed, while fostering strong client relationships.

You will engage with youths to provide guidance, education and practical support, working with partner agencies to safeguard and empower the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or similar settings.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload of young people with complex needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and how to apply them.

Responsibilities
