Job summary

Eco Wings & Nights LTD is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our respite home in Shoeburyness. You will assist with personal care, meals, activities, and daily living tasks for young adults with additional needs, under supervision.

The role requires handling logs, working with professionals, and maintaining a safe, clean living space. Training is offered; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care is advantageous, but training will be provided.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and sleep shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and personal care to young adults.
• Maintain logs and records (on computer and in writing).
• Work with other professionals as necessary.
• Support young people with emotional or behavioural needs and help develop social skills.
• Keep the home clean and well-presented during each shift.
