Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within social care.
• Ability to provide personal care and support activities for young adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager with supervisory duties within the team.
• Create timetables of activities and outings for the young adults.
• Provide personal care and assist with meals and daily routines.
• Be aware of medication needs and assist with administration after training.
• Cover Team Leaders during annual leave or sickness and support/cover clubs.
• Ensure records and communication books are completed daily and logged.
