Job summary

Eco Wings is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a team and provide essential support for young adults with disabilities. You will assist with personal care, medication management, and activity planning, while covering supervision duties in the absence of Team Leaders.

The role requires NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete) and prior supervisory experience within social care.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to complete) and supervisory experience.
• Experience in social care and working with young adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide personal care to the young people.
• Assist the young people with meals and drinks.
• Be aware of and manage medications for young people; administer routine and emergency medications after training.
• Tube feeding following training.
• Ensure the centre is clean and tidy each day; maintain hygiene standards.
